Order Support

Our team can assist with order confirmation, payment confirmation, product information, address review, order status, shipping updates, and cancellation requests when eligible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the customer may need to follow the return process after delivery.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery time after shipment is generally 6 to 12 days. All products include free shipping, and all prices are shown in USD.

Shipping Support

Return Support

Sweet Treat Deals offers a 60-day return window for eligible products. Customers should contact us before sending any item back. Our team will review the return request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.

Approved returns are free. Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team. Returns sent without approval or sent to the wrong address may not be accepted.

Refund Support

Eligible refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and reviewed. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear after approval, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Since all transactions are processed in USD, refund amounts are based on the USD order value. Any bank fees, payment provider charges, or currency conversion differences are controlled by the customer’s financial institution.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, customers should contact us with the order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution. Customers should keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved, as packaging photos may be needed for review.
