Pricing and Currency

Sweet Treat Deals offers free shipping on all products. No separate shipping fee is charged at checkout for standard shipping.

If a customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider applies currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other financial charges, those fees are not controlled by Sweet Treat Deals.

Order Placement

When a customer places an order, they are making an offer to purchase the selected products according to the listed price and these Terms of Purchase. After checkout, customers may receive an order confirmation email. Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance if there is a payment issue, inventory issue, address issue, pricing error, or fulfillment limitation.

Sweet Treat Deals reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary. This may include suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer information, shipping restrictions, or other order processing concerns.

Payment

Customers must provide valid payment information at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment authorization is completed. If payment is declined, incomplete, reversed, or flagged for review, the order may be delayed or canceled.

Sweet Treat Deals does not intentionally store full payment card information. Payment processing is handled through secure payment service providers.

Order Processing and Shipping

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After shipment, estimated delivery time is generally 6 to 12 days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, seasonal volume, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Sweet Treat Deals does not currently offer expedited shipping. All products include free standard shipping.

Cancellations

If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear after approval.

Returns

Sweet Treat Deals offers a 60-day return window for eligible items. Customers must contact us before returning any product. Approved returns are free, and return instructions will be provided by our customer service team.

Returned items should meet our return requirements. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing packaging, or returned outside the eligible window may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days after approval to appear, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Refunds are based on the USD order amount. Sweet Treat Deals is not responsible for bank fees, payment provider charges, currency conversion differences, or other financial institution costs.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, providing accurate order details, monitoring delivery updates, receiving packages, and contacting customer service promptly if an issue occurs.

Customers should not misuse the return or refund process, submit false claims, or provide misleading order information. Fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation, refund denial, or account restrictions.
